A non-refundable 30% deposit is required to secure all appointments. This is automatically deducted from your total cost on the day of your treatment. The deposit protects your slot and our time — it means we can plan your appointment properly and ensure we're fully prepared for you.
We ask for at least 48 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Changes made within this window may result in the loss of your deposit. Life happens — if you need to move your appointment, just let us know as soon as possible and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
We ask that you arrive on time for your appointment as each slot is carefully timed. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule, as we may not have enough time to complete your treatment properly without rushing. If you know you're going to be late, please message us as soon as possible.
A patch test is required 24–48 hours before all lash treatments and any treatment involving tint. This is a simple process — just pop in or get in touch and we'll get it done before your appointment. If you're unsure whether your treatment requires one, always ask before booking. Your safety comes first.
To ensure the best results and avoid any skin reactions, please read the following before your appointment.
If you're using Retinol, Tretinoin, Roaccutane or any strong actives (AHAs, BHAs, salicylic acid, glycolic acid, lactic acid), please stop 5 days before your appointment. These products thin the top layer of skin which can cause lifting or grazing during waxing. If you're unsure, message us before booking.
Please avoid sunbeds or intense sun exposure in the 24 hours before your appointment. Sun-exposed skin is more sensitive and can react differently during treatment. Also avoid chemical peels, exfoliants, acids or resurfacing treatments before your visit.
